A cue for men…
Here’s a pelvic floor muscle exercise cue for men.

For men that analogy doesn’t tend to work because usually men don’t have vaginas.
So for them I teach imagine that you’re walking into water but not something nice and warm, somewhere …you know British… where the water is cold.
And the gentleman is walking into water and he knows that the next wave is going to catch him and what he does then is imagine he’s lifting his scrotum right out of the water. And that’s you working your pelvic floor.
So he would imagine he’s lifting and the next wave is a bit higher so he lifts a bit higher and a bit higher and then slowly relaxes.

Why do we need to do pelvic floor exercises?
We need to do pelvic floor exercises to make sure our pelvic floor is strong.
